½ Groschen reddish orange in mixed franking with numeral marking 10 Groschen yellowish grey, 16 single values, one of them with postmark cancellation, the remaining ones with handwritten cancelled pen as prescribed and large plate 1 Groschen carmine and 2 Groschen grey ultramarine reverse on value parcel cover from "BURHAVE / 14 11" with large value parcel label with place marking by the pre-philately one-liner "BURHAVE" via Bremen to Austin, Texas. One 10 Groschen stamp is cornered, otherwise all stamps of the bulk franking are in perfect condition except for some age toning. The total postage of 162 3/4 groschen for the 2 pound 154 gram parcel with the value declared as "12 Thaler" is made up of the German postage of 2 groschen (border zone) + 3⁄4 groschen insurance fee and the postage downward from Bremen of 130 + 30 groschen. However, 163 ½ groschen were paid and franked because the German insurance postage was set at 1½ groschen for the first zone. An exceptional bulk franking with scarce cancellation from the former Grand Duchy of Oldenburg on an internal service stamp, certificate Krug BPP (2010)
