Palestine WWII: mint vertical strip x10 4-lined "OPENED BY CENSOR." PC22 censor labels numbered 71/6033 (Haifa), printed black on red paper, 11.11.39 issue; CCSG type 6A1 / Sacher Q10 - this with missing '2' in imprint ([2]10000), not listed in Sacher; in use 20 Aug. 1940 - end Feb. 1941 on incoming & outgoing mail; full gum, hinged on face of 1 label, bottom pair hinge reinforced (back), few slight wrinkles & gum disturbances, a couple partly detached.
