1929年7月18日天津寄北戴河海濱西式封，正面貼有未銷戳的帆船2分郵資片剪片，郵局用筆括住，因郵資片剪片無郵資效用，故作欠資郵件處理，旁蓋T字欠資戳及天津日戳，背面另有不同款天津中轉戳和北戴河南山到達戳。上品。
