1912 (April 29) Local cover from Canton to Dr. Sun Yat Sen, care of the President's office in Canton,written by Mr. Huang who was once teacher of Hu Hang Wen, with stamps off but with originating Canton cds. and indistinct arrival marking. Letter proposes to use 33 characters as "pin-yin" elements for Cantonese dialect and requested funding for publishing such technique. A summary of the letter was written on a narrow strip and glued to the cover by Dr. Sun Yat Sen , revealing that this Mr. Huang's office was within Hong Kong & Shanghai Banking Corporation Shameen branch office.

1912年4月29日廣州寄孫中山前任大總統封，郵票已脫落。背面銷廣州日戳並有模糊到達戳。寫信人為胡漢民的老師黃沛雲。信中提及以三十三字作粵語拼音字元之事，並要求發放款項作宣傳用途。封面有孫中山先生手寫字條，概括信中內容。信函有蟲蛀。歷史證物。
