1947 3/- Lower quarter of sheet (10 x 4), plate 2-1 Row 15/4 & 16/6 show no signs of various stages of plate flaws or re-entries discussed by CP. This appears therefore to be pre-flaw stage. According to CP, only one block with 15/4 in pre-flaw stage has been identified, this presumably a 2nd. Exhibition piece. CP M16a var. Cat $1000 as ordinary. MUH.
