1867 1d Die I, blue & red, imperf (4 margins) on small neat cover to Wanganui, bearing 5 July 1897 Wanganui, index 3 "F" class arrival cancel on cover, 6 July Wanganui index 2 "F" class cancel tying stamp to cover, TO PAY / 2d / DOUBLE DEFICIENT POSTAGE h/s in black. Rear appears to have had a notice (re postage deficiency?) affixed but since removed. QVLT stamp valid for postage until 1913, but postage underpaid by 1d + 1d fine, hence applied h/s.
