HAIFA MESSENGER POST, 1948, cover addressed outside Hadar HaCarmel, bearing 20m local “stamps”, tied by 4-line violet cancellation. letter rate, Scare. Vertical fold. Upper side of the envelope on the left is missing.
There are two types of 15 mils and 20 mils, stamp type I frame sharp corners and type II round corners.
