Israel 1948 first postage due Cover: A 10mil Dar Ivri stamp, postmarked by Ramat Gan on October 26th, 1948, is affixed to the cover. Addressed to the northern Kibutz - Maoz Chaim, the cover bears a black hand stamp box indicating "To Pay 10 mil." Consequently, it is stamped and cancaled with the first Postage Due 10mil (Sc. J3) in Haifa on October 29th.
