Hellenic Red Cross. It was awarded by Queen Olga to Mrs Depoina Vlastou in 21.12.1898 for services during the Greek-Turkish War 1897 in Thessaly. Attached on the official diploma of award and is the first time such diploma appears. It is signed by Dionysios Messalas, the right hand and secretary of the Queen. Inside frame. (Stratoudakis 502). Extremely Fine.
