GREECE: Blank disc of 10 Lepta (1954-1959) (type I) in aluminum. Inside slab by PCGS "MS 64 / Mint Error Blanck Planchet Type-I". Cert number: 46122221. Accompanied by a wax sealed envelope with a Greek seal bearing the Greek Royal coat of arms surrounded by the inscription "ΥΠΟΥΡΓΕΙΟΝ ΟΙΚΟΝΟΜΙΚΩΝ ΓΕΝ. Δ/ΝΣΙΣ ΔΗΜΟΣ ΛΟΓΙΣΤΙΚΟΥ / ΒΑΣ. ΤΗΣ ΕΛΛΑΔΟΣ" and a Swiss seal bearing a Swiss coat of arms and the inscription "EIDGENOSSISCHE MUNZSTATTE". This envelope is supposed to have had such coins enclosed during their transfer from the Swiss Mint to Greece in order to be approved by the authorities. The Swiss seal indicates that the coin was struck in Berne and it is from King Paul period and not from King Constantine II. (Hellas 184 or 185).
