1960 Germany Bundes Merit Order 1C Cross NICE, See scan - absolutely perfect / mint condition. This is a nice and rare German Bundes Republik Deutschland late 1950 / early 1960 Bundesverdeinst Gross Kreuz / 1st Class pinback badge type. Cross is gold plated / gilted and German records state that of this issue and grade no more than 150 or so people were awarded this high German decoration. For all of its history until the BRD came out of existance there is a total of no more than 420-430 highest ranking officials that received this award. This is a piece that will become rare and rare in the future as it no longer exists in the form it was given during the times of the Bundes Republik Deutschland.
