HAIFA MESSENGER POST, 1948, cover addressed outside Hadar HaCarmel, bearing 20m local “stamps”,  tied by 4-line violet cancellation. letter rate, Scare. Vertical fold. Upper side of the envelope on the left is missing.
There are two types of 15 mils and 20 mils, stamp type I frame sharp corners and type II round corners.

1948. A group of 11 envelopes from the People's Administration. 8 registered mail envelopes and three standard mail envelopes including three envelopes with a window. A very interesting group. Sent from Tel Aviv, Petah Tikva, Kfar Ata. Ramat Gan and Haifat stamped with various stamps including Dysphora stamps. A very interesting group.
