1914, 2mm Spacing: 1m. carmine, fresh color and good perforations, position 3 with mixed Os, unused without gum, fine, a very rare stamp with only 40 issued, out of these only about 10 unused copies, one of which resides in the Royal collection, this example is showing the distinctive offset on the reverse mentioned by Gibbs, certificate BPA (1959)
