1852 (Dec 3): Laureated 3 d. emerald green on thick blued wove paper, a used horizontal pair with good to large margins all round, scissor cut at base between the stamps at base, of fresh rich colour, cancelled by Sydney dotted barred obliterators in black. 1853 (May): Laureated 8 d. orange-yellow on bluish medium wove paper, a used horizontal pair with good even margins all round, positions 21-22, with left stamp showing variety "No Leaves to Right of SOUTH" and right hand stamp showing variety "No Lines in Spandrel", the pair lightly cancelled in black leaving the varieties clear.
