Stamp Duty 1884: Stamp Duty, Essay for the 15 s. value designed by Charles Jackson and Ludwig Lang, hand-painted on thick card (75 x 95 mm.) in reddish purple, pale reddish purple, black and Chinese white, with hand-drawn surround and perforations in pencil.
