Registered cover franked with the set of 5 values of 1940 Independence Centenary of Portugal, sent from Ponta Grossa to Villa Real (Porto, Portugal) on 25/JUL/1941 via USA. As the addressee could not be found after the cover was forwarded to a number of cities (see postal marks and inscriptions), it was eventually returned to sender, rare!!
