Yvert 13, 1868 1d. yellow-green, strip of 3 used in Pasco on 30/SE/1870, the left stamps have a large embossed circular mark with a coat of arms and in the outer border the inscription "REPUBLICA PERUANA", possibly applied by the sender to some piece franked with this strip, excellent quality and interesting!
