1881: Group of four covers, comprising two franked with two 5 c. green, one a horizontal pair with four margins, the other two singles with one stamp just touching on one side, sent to Bordeaux and New York respectively, both sent from Port Au Prince, some faults although one minor; another cover franked with a left side marginal 1 c. vermilion horizontal pair, with large selvedge, sent from Les Cayes to Port Au Prince, cut into top and the right-hand stamp has torn corner, nonetheless has eye appeal and an envelope (damaged top corner and backflap missing) sent from Port Au Prince to Boston franked with a combination of 7 c. imperforate and a 3 c. perf. with 'JAMAICA / TRANSIT' mark to front, a scarce group.
