1863 North West Frontier (Feb 15) small & fragile native cover (113x47mm) addressed (on reverse) to Mooltan with India ½a SG 37 tied by diamond-of-bars with Loodhiana datestamp alongside in red, boxed 'TOO LATE' handstamp, hexagonal Lahore transit & Mooltan arrival datestamp both in red.

Cyprus 1941 cover sent by airmail to Bangalore with India KGVI 8a tied Indian 'FPO 89 datestamp (used at Limossol) with violet triangular 'PASSED BY/CENSOR/(crown)/1002' handstamp, on reverse triangular Indian censor handstamp in green (Daynes Type IND 110) and Bangalore boxed slogan arrival datestamp. [Proud records Indian FPO 89 used in Limossol for 4 months only between Nov 41 and Mar 42, and it is seldom seen]

1890s stampless cover with fine 'H.H. THE JAMSAHIB'S OFFICE' oval handstamp in magenta, Indistinct datestamp, roughly opened at right. This cancel was use when postage was pre-paid in cash. It appears to be very rare.

The Card is censored by "Irie" & has manuscript "18.11.25" (25 Nov 43) arrival annotation in red crayon, fine condition.

Papua New Guinea 1946 (Mar 20) Postal Card endorsed "Disarmed-Japanese-Personnel" from Army Sargent Kawashima Rabaul 1st Group Hospital, South Sea Dispatch to Japan censored by Osahi, censored by US Forces on arrival in Japan. [Following Japanese surrender in August 1945, Australian Forces were surprised to find a complete Japanese division stationed at Rabaul. Wake Island c.1941 Japanese naval stationery card written by a soldier serving in 'U103' Unit which served on Wake Island as Unit 'U100' being the 65th Guard Unit, and addressed to his wife in Sakata-Gun, Shiga Prefecture, the card is censored by "Shikaya". The lot includes a translation of the message plus additional reference notes on the Japanese campaign in the Pacific.
