1966/71, unofficial "Postage Stamp Materials Specimen File" book in dark blue with dove/postal logo embossing. Includes all stamps, most fiscals and many s/s or postal stationery issued in the period ovpt. "mihon" (specimen). Mounted to blanc fields with preprinted "number of noticiation", "date of notification" and "day of issuance" and the dates plus technical data (size, paper colour) entered by hand. Left-to-right sequence. Book spine broken.
