Dirty Letter with folds and tears, nevertheless from the first day of the Italian Post Office in Constantinople and the first day of three of the stamps. The registration label showing the rare "COSTANTINOPOLI I POSTE ITALIANA" metal stamp. Signed and certificate Sorani.
