Right taxed at the double of deficiency for 17 Piastres using 2P, 5P and 10P Tax Due stamps killed by bilingual CDS "BEYROUTH R.P. 22.V.51" (Yvert Tax n 4, 8 and 9). VERY NICE AND SCARCE TAXED COVER.
