Russia & Area. Russia Offices in China. CENSURED postcard of Chinese Girl used for POW message from the Razdolnoe Camp aroun 25 km North of Vladivostok sent free of charge to Wien Austria. Written on 12/6/1915, passed by the Russian censure control that affixed the double circle seal "Уссурійскій назачій дивизіон ъ. Печать для пакетов ъ." (Ussuriysk Cossack Division - Checked for shipment ъ.) and pink square "Д. Ц.". Finally was sent from RAZDOLNOE post office on 6(19)/6/1915 to Wien where, before being delivered to recipient, was checked by the Austrian censorship who affixed the circular pink seal.
