1862/68: 6 d. deep green, no wmk., perf. 11 to 12½, a used example on 1869 cover to Port Medway, Nova Scotia tied by vertical Kingstown "A10" obliterator in black. 'St. Vincent' despatch cds in red at left (Feb 10) and manuscript '4d.' credit in red crayon and 'Locks Island / N.S.' double ring cds also on obverse (March 23). Reverse with 'St. Thomas' transit (Feb 13), Halifax datestamp. Two file folds and slightly trimmed at left but a scarce cover to an unusual destination.rnProvenance: SG, 4 Sept 1979, lot 93.
