Lithographed by Thomas Ham 1851 (June): 3 d. blue, imperforate, 2nd State of the Dies, a fine example with large margins all round, tied to 1852 entire letter from Richmond endorsed "p. Helene" to London by "1 / V" oval obliterator handstamp of Melbourne. Rated '8d.' due for incoming Ship Letter charge in manuscript. Reverse with London arrival cds (Sept 17) in red.
