1787 (Sept. 15): Entire lettersheet from Bastia / Corsica endorsed 'Service du Roy / 'Pressé' to Marseille with clear strike of CORSE single line h.s. in black, concerning two Algerian Slaves (Algérien Esclaves) coming from Civitavecchia, which the authority took in prison, until they know how to proceed: "...La crainte entre le Roi et Sa Saintelé pour la redition des Esclaves algériennes ou Malfaiteux, m'a porte d'être d'opinion jusqu'à votre réponse, d'après laquelle on les fera passer à Marseille ou à Toulon."
