Stamp Duty Series 1884/96: Lithographed £ 9 yellow-green on greenish, wmk. first V over Crown upright, perf. 12½, an unused example, centred to left with a rich depth of colour, fresh and brilliantly fine appearance, tiny thin, slight tone spots on redistributed large part og. Just 1'320 printed and most were fiscally used. No example in the collection of King Charles III, which only houses a Proof in black of this value. Believed unique.
