Austrian Post Offices in Dobrudja 1875: Austria 4 s. red postal stationery card, a used example from Sulina to Trieste cancelled by "SULINA" circular datestamp (March 16) in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 839). Reverse with rare "TULTSCHA" transit cds in black (March 17) and obverse with Triest arrival (March 25).
