1902: Meched Postmaster Provisional Issue, 5 ch. black, white wove paper, right marginal example, Victor Castaign initials in red washed out, used, clear to large margins, almost a full upright strike of the "Meched" datestamp with inverted date "15/3", superb looking example of this intriguing issue, comes with an additional example with close to large margins, clear Victor Castaign intials, four margins, almost full strike of "Meched" datestamp, does have two pin holes.
