Overprinted on Transvaal in Pretoria 1889/90: 2 d. olive-bistre, perf. 12½, a used example on 1890 commercial cover to Pretoria tied by "718" numeral obliterator with "Embekelweni" despatch cds (July 21) in black at left (July 21). Reverse with "Steijndorp" squared circle transit (July 22) and Pretoria arrival (July 25). Small closed cover tear at top and folds away from the adhesive but a very rare usage. Signed Mrs. C. Hassel.
