1856/60: Santiago printing 10 c. sky-blue, remarkable usage of six horizontal bisects used to pay a 30 centavos rate (none of the six halves forms a complete stamp - thus the P.O. presumably per-cut the stamps), all tied to circa September 1858 cover front to Valparaiso with each individually tied by target handstamp in black.
