1863: Fifth Issue, 10 c. blue, type III, side marginal example, used on part fragment, tied by very fine "PTO. NACIONAL / FRANCA" oval in black with mansucript "1864", good to huge margins all round, extremely fresh printing, strong colour, bright shade, attractive, rare; one of two examples with this cancellation. Ex the Brian Moorhouse Estate.
