1870/1899: Group of eight items, including 5 c. blue (Scott 46), unused single (no gum), 40 c. rose (Scott 49) used block of eight (Scott = $800+), 1 p. carmine (Scott 62) unused (no gum), Scott 86 horizontal pair cancelled by a single strike of rare "VILLA DE JOVELLANOS", 125 block of twelve imperf. variety double printing (no gum and vertical crease), 50 c. gray (Scott 152) unused block of four (gum), 10 c. on 1 c. black violet (Scott 200) used on piece tied by military cancel (No.11) and 1 c. Cuba overprint on USA postage (fault) tied to piece by "JARUCO Military Stn. No. 62", condition slightly mixed, although a very scarce and useful selection. Ex the Brian Moorhouse Estate.
