(Scott 48-51) printed on thick buff card; 1895 1 p., 2 p. and 3 p. Waterlow top values in perfoarted plate proofs in blocks of four in unissed colours (Scott 124, 126 & 128); 1884 imperforate pairs of the Scott 57, 59, 61, 62, 64, 66, 67 and 69 in the issued colours; 1897 Postage Due Essays, eight values, 2 c. to 100 c. in different colours on buff wove paper; also 1928 Opening of San Carlos-Rocha Railway proof blocks of eight on plain paper of the four value surcharges with addition of 2 c. and 5 c. blocks of eight showing double and triple surcharges and among others 1904 issue 5 m. to 25 c. (less 5 c.) imperf. proofs in blocks of four, printed on glossy white paper (Scott 160-166 less 163); an excellent accumulation. Additionally 1912 reprint proof sheet of 35 (5x7) of the 1866 numeral issue 15 c. yellow imperf. from the Pacific Philatelic Society on special signed presentation sheet.
