1858/1951: Impressive collection contained within a hefty green album of 45 pages with a substantial array of unused material, together with a selection of early used examples. Comprises select Proofs, blocks of four, sheets, varities and Specimen stamps. Noted block of 1890 2½ d. on 1 d. grey-blue unused block of 48 (Gi 55) with large part og. It is evident much care was taken to obtain fine examples and in many cases better. Several eye catching items have excellent Philatelic Pedigree, examples are; 1881 Perkins Bacon ½ d. imperforate Plate Proof (Gi 36 Proof) block of four ex Dale-Lichtenstein, also with the same Provenance a 1880 5 s. rose-red unused example nicely centered locally overprinted 'Specimen' in black (Samuel Type SV1) slight aging but of fine appearance without gum (Gi 32s), 1881 1 d. drab perf. 11 to 12½ unused (Gi 37) fresh large part og. (ex Claude Cartier collection) and GB 1856 6 d. lilac struck with fine Kingstown "A10"  (cert. RPSL) ex J.L. 'Bobbie' Messenger (Gi Z4). 1875 4 d. deep-blue unused with rich vivid colour and large part og. signed by A Diena (Gi 25). Good number of complete sets including their equivalent Specimen sets, 1899 set of nine values (Gi 67-75). In addition there are 3 covers. A generally fine collection Gi = £ 18'000+.
