Reverse with "CHATHAM / N.B." despatch cds in blue (March 28), "W.O.DOUGLASTOWN" cds of transit in black (March 28) and "BEND OF PETIT CODIAC / N.B." cds (now Moncton) in black. An unusual part payment of the 7½ d. rate to the United Kingdom. Rare.
