Auction 333-341 Nigeria, Cameroon, Sudan & Worldwide Postal History - Day 4

1861: 1 d. rose-red, no wmk., rough to intermediate perf. 14 to 16, a horizontal strip of three a horizontal pair and a single example used on small envelope to Trinidad, all tied by four strikes of "A10" obliterators of Kingstown in black. "ST. VINCENT" code A despatch cds below in red (dated 'JA O3 / 63' or possibly 65) in red and manuscript "4" pence credit marking in red crayon. Closed tear on reverse flap but an extremely rare first issue cover. Cert. RPSL (2024).
Note: The certificate states 'strip of five and a single example', however this depends on one's perspective on degrees of separation.
