Austrian P.O. 1867: 10 s. blue, a used example on 1875 entire letter to Livorno, Italy tied by "Roustchouk" manuscript cancellation in ink (Tchilinghirian unrecorded). Reverse with "Livorno" arrival cds (Aug 31). Rare entire that displays well - just two manuscript cancellations of Rustschuk are recorded - see Dr. Popov "Austrian Levant Post in Bulgaria" page 47.
