Israel 1948 Interim - Nahariya local souvenir sheet  Essay/Proof. Uncut pane of 2 Imperforate sheets, with only the 20 & 50 Mils stamps printed on front. The 20 Mil in final issued position & the 50 Mils slanting in different positions at bottom. Back side with offset in Blue of former printed sheet. MNH, VF & very rare. Tsachor photo certificate & with his penciled signatures at bottom of sheet.
