Israel 1948 Interim - Commercial bank cover mailed 1948 from the Ionian bank Nicosia Cyprus to a company in Jaffa Palestine. Marked on top NO SERVICE alongside Israeli military censor label. Address crossed out with Hebrew handstamp on back "Return to sender" and with Israeli postmarks on back of returned mail office dated December 2 1948. VF interesting scarce postal history cover.
