DAY OF CHANGE OF RATE: Registered cover with AR sent from Buenos Aires to Mar del Plata on 14/FE/1931, with multiple metter stamps (total 40c.) and slogan cancel promoting the sale of mortgage bonds, on that day the rate was changed to new values: 10c. regular letter up to 20 grams + 8c. for registration + 12c. for return receipt, with minor defects but very interesting!
