BOND WATERMARK (extremely rare on cover!!) + other values (total 85c.) franking a registered cover sent from Buenos Aires to Córdoba on 18/JUL/1919, arrival backstamp. The postage of 85c. paid the rate of a 14-fold weight letter (between 261 and 280 grams!), excellent!
