18 Kreuzer ochre-brown and 7 Kreuzer ultramarine-blue in mixed franking with large shield 3 Kreuzer carmine each with clear "OFFENBURG 9.3.74" franking mark as 28 Kreuzer postage paid at the correct rate on envelope with routing mark "via Bordeaux" and red French transit postmark as well as blue tax stamp "80" (centimes) for the French onward franco to Buenos Aires, Argentina. The stamps (postage stamp) are fresh colours, very well embossed, usually perforated and, on the 3 cross stamp, in perfect condition, the envelope with two small paper flaws, for an overseas letter an above-average overall condition.
