Heinrich Köhler 383rd Auction – Day 3 Single Lots: German Empire 1872 – 1945 German Reichspost – Shield Issues – The Michael Rehme Collection (part II)

2 Groschen grey ultramarine, two single stamps in mixed franking with issue 1875 50 Pfennige grey each with boxed cancel "HARBURG IN HANNOVER 7.8.75" on complete parcel card for a 9 kilo barrel to Brunswick with blue pencil remark "Packet voraus". The stamps (postage stamp) are fresh colours, usually perforated (bottom 2 Groschen stamp with edge glue) and except for small wrinkles on the50 Pfennige stamp in good condition, the form with some traces of transport. A very rare use of the 2 Groschen stamps as 20 Pfennige stamps in the second half of 1875 and an extremely scarce mixed currency franking with the high-value of the 1875 Pfennige issue, certificate copy Hennies (1985).
