9 Kreuzer on purple-pink in horizontal pair, in mixed franking with 1853,1 Kreuzer black in vertical pair and 1858, 3 Kreuzer on blue, all fresh colours and mostly full to large margins, with no. "57" and adjacent DKr. "HEIDELBERG 2 MAY" (1860) on complete folded cover via Prussia and Belgium to a military address in Lewes, Sussex; franked according to the 1852 rate with 9 Kreuzer association postage and 14 Kreuzer further franking (noted on face). Postage paid partly somewhat defective, but overall good and original condition. A very rare 3 colour postage paid and for this time scarce routing to England.
