Jordanian "No Service" mail to Israel: 28 JAN 1965 'Bulletin de Verification' issued by Jordanian Postal Admin. in J'lem to Air France Paris, to draw attention to ongoing missending of parcels addressed to areas of J'lem in Israel to Jordanian PO in J'lem. As Jordan had no postal relations w/Israel, she used these UPU required Bulletins, for identification of postal handling irregularities, to communicate them onward to the dispatching source. As internal documents, these rare and very few held in private hands (only 3 ex Jordan vis. Israel no-service are known).
