Rabbi Isser Zalman Meltzer: deposit voucher on stationary of Talmud Torah & Great Yeshiva 'Etz Hayim' dated Tu beShvat 5694 (9-02-1944), made out to a person (Yehsiva student?) in the sum of 4 Pounds & 500 Mils, and signed by the Rav; franked by 10m Mandate revenue stp. The Rav served as the Rabbi of Slutzk & its 'Rosh Yeshiva', later as 'Rosh Yeshiva' of Etz Hayim in J'lem & chairman of the city's Rabbinical Council. One of his students was Rabbi Shlomo Goren.
