GREECE: 20l. sky-blue,"double control numbers (Kound. 31.3.d) canc. ""110"" (=ΑΡΓΟΣΤΟΛΙΟΝ (ΚΕΦΑΛΛ.)""",with the second number being printed more lightly in a distance of 1mm vertically. Good margins but a very narrow point at upper left but a tiny scratch on face,still fine for this. Rare. (Hellas 19aNoI).
