1942. AN ENQUIERY INTO RECEIPT OF MONEY BY TWO JEWS IN LITZMANNSTADT GHETTO, BY THE GHETTO ADMUNISTRATION.
This postcard sent by joseph Ronbicek, enquiring as to two amounts of 30 Rm, sent to Valerie Ronbicek and Edwine Propper. Were  they received by the two people, from the Ghetto Administration. The two cachts on the address side are from the Jewish Ghetto Administration, received 28th March 1942, the postcard being written 24th March 1942.
