1899 Rama V rejected die 4a black & green. VFM, beautiful colours. Scott 73 cat US$3000. SG 85 cat £3000. Very rare Mint as this design was rejected by the King in 1897. But in 1899 by mistake some were delivered to 3 POs & then quickly withdrawn & rest of the stock destroyed. Certificate can be obtained on request. (P)
